This is my fourth professional experience with Peter and Cindy Lorimer. I choose PLG for their professionalism, experience, and their understanding of show to appeal to buyers as well as their communication skills with other agents. They are strategic geniuses and I will continue to work with them on all real estate endeavors! They really know how to translate a boutique, luxury experience to home buying.

Before I worked with Peter and Cindy, I had a difficult home sale. My Studio City house was on the market for over six months (Jun 2020 - Dec 2020), we only got one offer, and it fell out of escrow. I knew Peter because our kids went to school together, and I chose him because I knew he was different and had that "edge" to be able to take this house over the finish line. It turned out to be the best real estate decision I've ever made. Peter took the house in a totally different direction everywhere from the staging through the pre-sale preparations/repairs. Throughout the process, the direct communication with Peter & Cindy by phone and text was prompt and thorough. Peter & Cindy put my house back on the market in Feb 2021 and boom, we had a solid offer in a week.

I was HIGHLY impressed with Peter and The Lorimer group. Peter is extremely knowledgable, dedicated, and attentive. Before we sold our home with him, Peter had detailed exactly who he thought the buyer would be. Buyer turned out to be almost that exact description! Peter had some fantastic ideas from the start! I trust him wholeheartedly. Within weeks, he sold our home. Definitely recommend!

Peter and Cindy guided us through the process of both buying a new home and selling our beloved home. We couldn't be happier with the results. Was always there for us when we needed a little hand-holding but never pushed us. Always patiently explained our options and how best to achieve what we desired. Certainly worth noting in this 2021 market that they enabled us to purchase the very first house we saw and gathered 22 offers within a week of placing our home on the market. Brilliant! Can't say enough good things about Peter, Cindy and their entire team!
