As a first time home buyer I was in over my head when I first started browsing the market. Corine was one of the first agents to reach out to me, and I'm lucky that I returned her phone call. She will ask you pointed questions about what you are looking for, and then she will filter out homes accordingly. n Corine is brutally honest. She is quick to spot flaws in homes, and she will give you the rundown when you meet for a viewing. I really appreciated that, because it saved us a lot of time. She's invested in finding you a home that you'll love and she won't accept anything less. n The market has been extremely difficult due to low inventory, making my search very limited. When a house fell out of escrow and came back on the scene, she emailed me immediately. We saw it the next day, and by that evening we put in an offer. Given that the home had been in out of escrow 3 times already, she suggested putting a 24 expiration on the offer. It worked, and it's what got me my house. After the sellers accepted, more offers came in for a significantly higher amount than mine. n During the escrow process, Corine did the work of two agents and went above and beyond her call of duty. She met with every inspector, appraiser, plumber, etc. She fought for me and insured that the sellers fixed any issues with the house. Her counterpart representing the sellers essentially didn't lift a finger and tried as hard as he could to scare us out of escrow so the sellers could go with a much higher backup offer. Corine did not back down, and now I live in a home that I absolutely love. nShe's magic. Go with her, you won't regret it.
