Back by popular request is my media & motivation clinic part II that I shot last year.
Where ever I go on my travels people seem to mention it and even last week while I was in Michigan it was mentioned yet again. so for this throwback Tuesday may I present my media and motivation clinic originally recorded in Beverly Hills at the PLG Estates headquarters.
During the clinic, I get down and dirty on some of the most successful techniques I have used to help me carve out a rather juicy slice of the Los Angeles real estate market. I will go over many strategies in social media and have my usual anti vanilla rant plus I talk about storytelling and how to become your own mini filmmaker.
So much of commerce these days is not in the “sell” of it all, quite the contrary, there is now and has been for while a much more inert/organic approach to creating a relationship prior to selling that in my opinion needs to take place way before any transaction. Longevity, for me, is far more interesting than the quick buck. So, when we put in so much effort to try and catch someone’s attention why would we blow it with a “quick buck, fast sell” mentality. That seems very shortsighted to me.
Once we have their attention that’s where the long game begins. We nuture, advise, Council and everything in between as once we have their trust we will always have their business.
